All drivers who provide courier services via our platform are independent contractors. omwcourier does not employ, manage, or control the drivers, nor do we guarantee the quality or timing of their services. Any disputes that arise from pricing, delivery, or service quality must be resolved directly between the customer and the driver.

Negotiation and Pricing

9. Liability for Damaged Goods and Accidents
omwcourier is not liable for any damage to goods that occur during the delivery process. Responsibility for safe handling and delivery of goods lies solely with the driver. In the event of any damages, disputes must be resolved between the customer and the driver.Furthermore, omwcourier is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur to drivers while performing courier services. Drivers must ensure they have the proper insurance coverage and comply with all legal and safety requirements for operating their vehicle.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between the customer and driver must be resolved between those parties. omwcourier is not responsible for resolving disputes but may assist at our discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability
omwcourier is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of the use of our platform or the courier services provided by drivers. Our platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we disclaim any warranties or guarantees.

12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms.
