Refund Policy

At OMW, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel or request a refund for a delivery service. Our policy allows for refunds under certain conditions, which are outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

You can request a refund for a delivery service within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as the delivery has not yet been completed. Refund requests must be made through the OMW app or by contacting us at [email protected]. Once a delivery has been initiated or completed, refunds are generally not issued, except in the case of specific service failures such as non-performance or major delays.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

Contact us at [email protected], or Use the OMW app to submit a refund request. Once your refund request is received, we will review the case and notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be credited to your OMW app wallet for future use. We do not issue refunds to external payment methods unless required by law.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a delivery, you may do so through the OMW app before the driver begins the delivery process. Once the delivery is in progress, cancellations are not possible, and refunds will not be issued.

Damages and Issues

If there is an issue with the delivery, such as a delayed or incomplete service, please contact us immediately via the OMW app or at [email protected] so we can evaluate the situation and take appropriate action.
